System of a Down and Limp Bizkit tribute

Catastrophe Gigs presents a tribute to the juggernauts of Nu Metal
- System of a Down and Limp Bizkit!

SOAD Tribute Aerials had a massive year in 2024, selling out a headline show at Crowbar, and opening for Hybrid Theory (world-renowned Linkin Park tribute) for two sold out nights at The Metro Theatre. They’re back with Catastrophe Gigs to deliver a monster set of System of a Down tracks spanning the whole discography, with all the hits and loads of rare fan favourites.

Insignificant Other are bringing you their epic tribute to Limp Bizkit, with a setlist stacked full of Bizkit bangers, like Rollin’, Nookie, Hot Dog and of course Break Stuff! This band goes all out, both dressing the part and sounding like they came straight out of the year 2000.

Dial Denial have perfected their blend of metal and pop punk, with catchy vocal melodies and shreddy guitar riffs, paired with a high energy live show. They’re guaranteed to get you fired up for the cover bands.

Imagine putting My Chemical Romance, Queen and your favourite Disney songs in a blender, and then add a horn section. That’s Ruffians for you. Don’t miss the cabaret-core masterminds from Newcastle, as they open up our mammoth lineup!

Paramore, Sum 41 and Avril Lavigne cover show

Catastrophe Gigs are bringing you a massive night of emo and pop punk with Paramore, Sum 41 and Avril covered live at Crowbar.

The Catastrophe Band is back to perform the best of Paramore's first four albums. With plenty of the massive hits from Riot and Brand New Eyes, plus fan favourites from All We Know Is Falling and self-titled that the real Paramore never perform anymore.

In December Sum 41’s farewell tour of Australia was tragically cancelled due to illness, but Emo AF are playing all your favourite Sum 41 tunes, along with bangers by fellow Canadian Avril Lavigne.

Drastic Park are making the trip up from Melbourne to perform their heavy pop punk originals, and Sydney’s own Great Job! are opening up the show with their own brand of quirky indie punk.
